16:00 - 17:00 Hours

Rounds: At the end of each presentation of the Geriatric Academic Rounds the participants will be able to-
1. Discuss the etiology and presentation of a particular topic in the older person
2. Explain the appropriate assessment and investigations of the condition
3. Describe the current treatment options and resources available for management of the condition
(Specific Objectives to follow with each presentation)

Journal Club: During these sessions the participants will-
1. Discuss the research methodology of recent geriatric literature and relate this to patient care
2. Analyze studies related to the diagnosis and treatment with reflection on implication for care
3. Synthesize information in recent papers to patient(s) seen in practice
