Major Research Interests and Activities:
Dr. Hing's major research activities are in the area of enhancement of the clinical care of elderly patients including:
  • the development of new methods of actively involving patient participation in the clinical decision making process,
  • the management of elderly patients with atrial fibrillation, and
  • driving in the elderly.

Dr. Hing is also interested in the development of new methods of determining the clinical importance of therapeutic interventions.
