A two-day virtual course is held semi-annually to support and education healthcare practitioners working with older adults in their professional roles.

Format:
The 2-Day Geriatric Education Series consists of in-class didactic sessions & interactive, case-based learning taught by healthcare professionals. The Geriatric Education Series takes place twice yearly either in-person or virtually.
Topics :
Formal didactic & integrated case-based sessions on dementia, delirium, depression, mobility, falls, capacity and living with risk.
Target Audience :
Health care practitioners working with frail older adults along the continuum of care; community, outpatient, emergency department, inpatient, long-term care.
